Hotel Receptionist

**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Operate the hotel phone system and assist with guest inquiries via phone
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- This position requires a person to work well under pressure and to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Post secondary education is required.
- Reliability is key.
- Oral and written skills in English is mandatory.
- Shifts will vary within the week and week to week.
Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
