**Network Technician**

**Greater Toronto Area**

Reporting to the Supervisor, Digital Systems Support, you will support the Business Systems Solution Technical team by providing pre-sales support to Sales and Solutions Consultants regarding software. You will perform installs, support Canon software solutions in the field, and provide IT support for network customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide network support to customers
- Install Canon and 3rd Party software solutions for customers and provide support
- Provide third-level support to Technicians in the field
- Install and support software in our showrooms
- Support Solutions Consultants with pre-sale functions to develop customer solutions and scope of work

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- Post-Secondary education in Electronics or Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Valid MCSE certification or equivalent (Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, and Azure Security Engineer Associate **OR** Enterprise Administrator Expert)
- In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft technologies, Mac OS, Linux, and Unix to install and connect Canon solutions
- Excellent equipment operation skills (Canon MFPs/SFPs or other manufacturers)
- Experience troubleshooting network and software issues
- Process and project management skills to develop scopes of work, installation plans, and coordinate with multiple departments and customers
