**Your Mission as an HR Advisor at Powrmatic**:
As an HR Advisor, you will play an essential role in managing our most important resource: our people. You will be the first point of contact for questions related to recruitment, benefits management, training, and employee engagement.

**Your Daily Tasks**:

- Ensure the maintenance of a safe, comfortable, and positive work environment by actively participating in occupational health and safety (OHS) initiatives and ensuring the well-being of employees.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to attract, develop, and engage teams towards our common success.
- Manage the posting of vacant positions and coordinate the recruitment process, including sourcing, CV screening, and pre-interviews.
- Actively participate in social committees to enhance company life and create opportunities for colleagues to spend quality time together.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners in managing disability or parental leave or compassionate care cases.
- Organize training sessions such as first aid and forklift courses.
- Ensure that employee records are up-to-date in our HRIS (Workday).
- Participate in annual evaluation processes and employee salary reviews.
- Respond to questions and provide documentation on benefits, including health and dental insurance, EAP, telemedicine, RRSPs, and pension plans.
- Promote and evolve HR policies, values, and corporate culture.
- Maintain positive, caring, and professional relationships with employees, becoming their go-to person for any questions related to their experience at POWRMATIC.

**Required Qualifications**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or distribution environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English, and a demonstrated ability to interact compassionately in helping relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Workday an asset).
