**Responsibilities**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Gather requirements, perform analysis, reengineer, and transform purchasing business processes, controls, and technology to provide flawless performance and control with optimal resource utilization.
- Use business process modeling and analysis (BPMA) tools, methods and standards, such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), to map the people, business processes, controls and technology vertically and horizontally to understand the flow of activities and resources that perform the requisitioning, contracting, planning, scheduling and delivery of products and services to support the production schedules.
- Lead interdepartmental activities to implement process and system changes.
- Responsible for process design and improvements to improve supply chain effectiveness.
- Benchmark industry standards, processes, and technology solutions.
- Prepare flow charts, diagrams, and general graphical techniques to facilitate communication of complex concepts.
- Develop and train a Key User community per factory and involve them early in the process.
- Oversee and coordinate the introduction and go-live process for changes.
- Foresee and give adequate post live support.
- Use Root Cause Analysis to identify the source of Quality issues and Process inefficiencies.
- Document Business Requirements, standards, and procedures.
- Populate & maintain Traceability Matrix with business requirements.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Information Systems. Alternate degrees in Engineering will be considered with appropriate experience in Supply Chain and or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 8 years of supply chain related experience
- 3+ years of business process analyst experience (5+ preferred)
- Ability to travel up 40% of the time (US, Canada, Mexico)

**Skills and Experience**:

- Expert knowledge in business process/life cycle management principles
- Extensive background in value stream mapping, or similar methodology Process improvement methodologies
- Purchasing practices and methods
- Demonstrates expertise with a variety of sources (SAP, XML, flat file, excel spreadsheets)
- Strong knowledge of material flow methodologies including sequencing, kitting, repack
- Experience in project management
- Ability to materialize concepts into a functional operational model working diligently with the supervisors and operators in the shop floor
- Strong knowledge of B2B business processes
