**Position**:
Employment Integration Specialist (Counsellor) will provide a variety of employment support services that may include but not limited to:

- Provide employment services under the ODSP Employment Supports Program including formal on-the-job training, job search and job development activities
- Conduct intake interviews and determine employability and potential barriers to employment.
- Establish and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, employers and community partners
- Establish good working relationships team members
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks and maintain files as per company procedure

**Requirements**:

- Completion of College/University
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Team Player

**Assets**:

- Sales experience
- Recruiting and job placement experience

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
