Warman Homes Centre LP has been supplying superior and affordable products for over 30 years and is currently looking to expand our team. We are looking for a Full Time Lumber Sales Associate to provide exceptional assistance, and a high level of customer service to develop and maintain relationships with Warman Homes Centre LP customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong and lasting relationships with our retail, professional and contractor customers while representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Coordinate with store and other departments to meet the needs of our customers ensuring that your product/service knowledge is second to none
- Perform administrative and follow up duties such as maintaining customer logs, ensuring quotes, invoices, and payments are processed and completed accurately, in accordance with, regular follow up with customers is completed to ensure Warman Homes Centre LP has met the customer’s expectation and satisfaction
- Assist customers with blueprinting reading, take offs of materials, trends, products, projects, local legislation, and building codes required

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years success in customer service focused roles
- Detail oriented & strong organizational skills; Ability to follow up and track multiple projects
- Excellent listening, communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate flexibility
- Time management and problem-solving skills; Ability to set priorities and deliver results within deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Related retail and hardware or renovation experience an asset
- Ability to work Saturdays in rotation with others.
