We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Foreman Electrician in the Lethbridge area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning the on-site construction plan: manpower assignments to meet schedule, and material deliveries for efficient installation.
- Regularly communicate progress to PM and Superintend.
- Be knowledgeable about best practices for electrical techniques and standards. Teach these to the apprentices, and monitor compliance.
- Inspect the work as construction occurs, making sure quality is built into every part of the project. Make sure code is always met, and the materials and installation adhere to project specifications.
- Lead by example: set, monitor and enforce high standards of safety, exemplary quality, and work ethic.
- Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic support for the vision and mission of Allied Projects and portray a positive attitude towards Allied’s policies and rules.
- Manage assigned work orders
- Ensure the crew is always working in a safe environment
- Conduct toolbox meetings, reviewing safety procedures according to Allied’s Safety Manager’s directions.
- Effectively interpreting drawings and blueprints to ensure all measurements and materials are acquired and to standard.
- Ensuring all systems are running properly and efficiently throughout the entire instillation process.
- Ensuring workspace is always organized and safe.

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Journeyman Electrician designation
- 5 Year Electrical experience in Commercial setting is an asset
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety codes
- Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters
- Proficient in troubleshooting
- Must possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
- Must be able to work in a team setting with other tradesman

**Salary**: $41.80 per hour
