**Job Details**:

- Need a bilingual person with good social skills for a 2 building complex in Cote St. Luc.
- You will patrol the grounds, garage and buildings on a regular basis.
- A good memory is a useful skill as there are numerous co-owners.
- In addition, courtesy services may be needed.
