Partners In Credit, a growing Canadian-owned and nationally-licensed agency, is seeking an Asset Locating Specialist to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth skip tracing investigations to locate missing individuals and assets.
- Masterfully utilize databases, public records, and online resources to gather information.
- Develop and implement effective search strategies for maximum results.
- Build and lead a team of skip tracers, providing ongoing guidance and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed on progress and findings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all investigations.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in skip tracing or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage, build, and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using various databases and online resources.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing skip tracing.
