**Appointment Setter Job Summary**
**Appointment Setter Duties and Responsibilities**
- Initiate relationships with new prospects.
- Educate prospect regarding various business services available to them.
- Qualify potential prospects.
- Create and book appointments with senior consultants.
- Follow-up with old and new prospects.
- Keep accurate records of calls made.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and client information.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.
**Appointment Setter Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
- Keen attention to details
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
