Our YMCA Kids Club programs provide a safe, fun, inclusive environment that encourages children of all abilities to try new things. Our Team Leaders are responsible for leading a team of Activity Leaders to deliver quality before and after school care experiences.

**Your qualifications**
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- 1-2 years’ experience leading a team
- Emergency First Aid and CRC - C & AED
- 20 hours of training in Child Development, Child Guidance and/or Nutrition an asset

**Your responsibilities**:

- Directly supervise and provide leadership to a team of staff
- Plan and implement child-centered programming
- Establish positive relationships and communication with families, staff and key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development, integration, and maintenance of care plans within the program.
- Complete required administrative tasks

**Rate of Pay**:$24.32 per hour

**Location**: Tong Louie YMCA Kids Club,14988 57 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 7S6

**Terms**:Permanent, Full Time 35 hours/week

**Start Date**:ASAP

**Shift**: Monday - Friday 7am - 9am & 2:00pm - 6pm + admin

**Reports To**: Supervisor
