As an Asphalt Plant Groundperson, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of the asphalt plant.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of asphalt plant equipment and machinery
- Monitoring and inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Performing general labor tasks, including material handling and clean-up
- Assisting with asphalt production and quality control
- Operating equipment, such as man lift and loader, as needed

**Requirements**:

- General labor experience, preferably in a construction or similar industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay Scale: $20 - $24
