Squash Professional

Damian Warner Fitness Centre is a gym and fitness centre with 2 locations on Wonderland Road, offering a pool, workout floor, group fitness classes, and more.

We are hiring for a squash professional / instructor for our location at 755 Wonderland Road North

Our Squash Pro position will involve teaching the sport to beginners on weekday evenings and some weekends (to be discussed), promoting & improving our Squash program, running leagues, facilitating tournaments, etc. Hours may fluctuate, but will generally involve evenings (after 5pm) and some weekends. The number of hours per week is to be discussed, and may change depending on demand & growth of the program.

We are looking for friendly, organized, self-motivated, and responsible individuals to join our team
- Customer service experience preferred
- Coaching / instruction experience of any type is strongly preferred.
- A valid certificate in squash coaching or instruction is required
- Flexible availability is strongly preferred, along with reliable transportation
- Knowledge or experience in the fitness industry is preferred, but not required

We provide a complimentary membership to Damian Warner Fitness Centre, with included unlimited squash access as part of the employment contract

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- squash player: 5 years (preferred)
- Coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Squash Coach or Instructor Certificate (preferred)
