**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting when required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, reporting any repairs or issues to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and the use of various cleaning tools and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in all duties performed.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
