**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Install roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and metal roofs, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, or fiber cement with precision and care.
- Perform necessary repairs on existing roofs and siding, including caulking and sealing to prevent leaks.
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with other contractors or team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Lift heavy materials as required for various roofing and siding tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a roofing or siding contractor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans.
- Familiarity with various types of hand tools used in construction, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed during installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation to job sites.
- Certification or training in construction safety practices is a plus.

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $21.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
