Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
- Greet and welcome individuals as they enter the facility with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of Bellevue Park Senior Living.
- Ensure all common areas are clean and reset each day.
- Provide coordination and guidance to those coming into Bellevue Park Senior Living; including guests, visitors, speakers, activity hosts and tours.

**Resident Assistance**:

- Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide information about community events, activities, and amenities to residents and visitors.
- Act as a liaison between residents and staff, effectively communicating any resident needs or issues to the appropriate department.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Strive to exceed resident expectations by delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Anticipate residents' needs and proactively address them to enhance their living experience.
- Handle resident feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking prompt resolution and ensuring resident satisfaction.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing packages, and maintaining resident records.
- Coordinate appointments and transportation arrangements for residents as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resident support.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality, customer service, or medical administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of seniors through exceptional service.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
