We are seeking a dedicated Coach to join our team. The Coach will be responsible for educating and training individuals in specific skills, with a focus on climbing. This coach must also hold National and International level competition route setting experience.

**Responsibilities**

Tasks

Coordinate competitive programs

Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs

Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions

Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games

Participate in coaching clinic instruction

Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance

Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance

Select and purchase equipment and supplies

Supervise staff or team

Coaching

Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities

Maintain and repair sports equipment

Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Develop and manage programs and services

Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques

Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aidassistance when required

Leading/instructing groups

Participate in local and regional competitions and sporting events

Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events

Leading/instructing individuals

Conduct safety training programs

Participate in provincial and/or national competitions and sporting events

Provide technical and professional advice
