We're searching for a skilled and motivated Shop Foreman to lead our dynamic team at Honda of Thornhill and ensure the top-notch performance of our workshop. As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Technicians.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operation of triage and the quality control system.
- Provides technical advice to service customers and technicians.
- Reviews apprentices’ skills and abilities and recommends additional and ongoing training accordingly.
- Diagnoses and performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership, factory and warranty policies and procedures.
- Discusses any problems related to the repair with service management.
- Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in the service department.
- Completion of high school diploma or vocational equivalent.
- 310S Automotive service technician trade certification.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
