**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Manager, Analysis and Strategic financial decision, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in support of strategic decision making and will play a support role for key internal partners covering a broad spectrum of business units.

**Your role**:

- Support the Manager, Analysis and Strategic financial decisions, in various mandates of strategic financial analysis in connection with the strategic pillars of the company and its evolution.
- Develop and model complex financial analysis / business cases related to real estate, divestures, and other key strategic initiatives. As well as conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support major investment and business decisions.
- Support the real estate department in terms of financial analysis and modeling for projects mainly related to the store network. More specifically, the support will be related to new store opening, lease renewals, asset acquisition or disposal, and any investment project in the network.
- Assist and build presentations, taking large amounts of data and analysis, and convert into a concise presentation to be communicated to leadership.
- Provide support for negotiation and decision-making during renegotiation or the establishment of contract with suppliers.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requests, information sharing and due diligence.
- You may also be involved in various other quantitative ad hoc analysis, both operational and strategic.

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Undergraduate university education in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of corporate investments, financial analysis, or decision-making support.
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling of discounted cash flow models and other complex financial analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to properly synthesize information and communicate ideas to leadership team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with limited direction in a demanding entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
- Taking initiative and has strong desire to contribute to improve results.
- High Sense of urgency and prioritization capabilities.
- Critical, analytical, and detailed oriented mind with a strong business acumen.
- Knowledge and proficiency of ThinkCell, PowerBI, and MicroStrategy is added value.
- Knowledge of the retail industry is added value.
