Health OPM stands for Our People Matter and was founded to address the workforce gaps in the healthcare sector. We work with clients in all healthcare sectors including long term care, retirement communities, hospitals, health centers and community clinics anywhere in southern Ontario that care is needed. We're expanding & looking to add Phone Screener to our team for a 3 months contract.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsible to conduct an initial screening for the applicants.
Be able to evaluate the resumes & cover letters.
Must be able to make high volume calls everyday so as to meet the requirements.
Ability to efficiently use the Applicant Tracking System.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as Phone Screener preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently
Empathetic and patient when communicating with applicants
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to maintain confidentiality
**This is a remote position. 9AM-6PM (Flexibility required) for 3 months of contract
