Responsibilities:
**Quality Specialist (hands-on) ASME**

**Key Focus and responsibilities**:

- Establish audit schedules and criteria to prevent out of control conditions throughout the production environment.
- Foster a safe workplace through constant safety awareness and participation.
- Maintain QC reporting. Assure data accuracy and communication to all divisional

teams.
- Liaison with our NDE partner for our NDE requirements.
- Document and maintain customer quality expectations and assure communication to production teams.
- Assist production associates to meet customer requirements through training and process audits.
- Maintain written and communicated machining standards.
- Monitor and facilitate supplier conformance on purchased products.
- Facilitate packaging standards with suppliers and finished materials through working with Purchasing and Project Management.
- Monitor engineering change requests and assure adequate testing is conducted before approval.
- Work together with receiving, production, engineering, purchasing, project management, shipping and HR to develop quality management systems that assure continuous improvement.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
