**Trucking/Freight Company Experience is Required for this job**

Trans-Ontario Express is based in Scarborough, ON. We are a well established company and have been in business since 1979. Our fleet consists of hundreds of Trucks between local, Western Canada, Quebec and USA. This position is within our Domestic Operations.

**Duties**
- Dealing with our customers to arrange their freight requirements
- Booking freight on load link and negotiate pricing
- Arrange pickup/delivery of client orders with our drivers
- Monitor shipments and relay status to clients
- Dealing with our drivers and agents
- Specific experience handling inbound and outbound trailers from Montreal
- Quick learner to grasp customers, vendors, partners and processes.
- Sound knowledge of shipment dimensions, weight and relevant shipping information

**Experience and Duties**
- Minimum 2-3years applicable LTL shipment experience.
- Shift is in-office Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but depends on the day
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment and greatly as a Team
- Geographic knowledge of Canada
- clear, concise and Fluent English language skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Load Link, PC Miler or other Mapping software is an asset
- Experience with Dangerous Goods also an asset
