**The role**:We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our dispatch team. The planner will coordinate with both US and Canadian dispatch to ensure fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include:

- Broadly, supervising and planning company logistics
- Establishing the availability of drivers to transport loads
- Scheduling appointments for pick-up and delivery times
- Engaging with our customers and provide excellent service
- Adjusting plans as required
- Managing all relevant records and documentation
- Collaborating with the larger operational team to ensure operational functionality

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years or more experience working in a dispatch and/or logistics related role
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited educational institution in one of the following is considered a strong asset:

- Business administration
- Logistics
- Supply chain management
- Transportation management
