We are a locally owned and operated small business in Regina,Sk providing high quality locally roasted coffee, baking and food offerings made fresh daily nestled next to our beautiful Wascana Park.

**Customer Service Representative**

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage large amounts of incoming calls**
- Generate sales by providing accurate, relevant, and emotional customer service
- Meet personal customer service goal set by management
- Generate sales by providing accurate, relevant, and emotional customer information to outbound customers
- Answer questions about products and services provided by team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Required Experience**:
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse groups of people.**
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
