With the goal of service excellence and client satisfaction, Client Services Managers (CSMs) support our clients (Ministry and broader public sector) in achieving their business objectives. CSMs provide IM/IT business analysis/consulting support services for clients of the Ministry of Citizens’ Services (CITZ) OCIO Enterprise Services (ES), as it relates to Information Management (IM)/Information Technology (IT) services. CSMs maintain business relationships with stakeholders (external clients, internal Service Delivery Units and service providers) and support service delivery. CSMs act as client advocates, liaising between our stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field; AND 3 years of information technology related experience. An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting analysis of client business requirements and developing client proposals/agreements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a service-oriented organization with a commitment to client service, innovation and creativity and a strong focus on delivering results.
- Preference may be given to applicants who have successfully completed an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification.

**About this Position**:
2 Positions available - 1 full-time permanent and 1 full-time temporary position (until January 31, 2024).
A permanent appointment may result from the temporary appointment.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
