Automatic Cutter Operator

Vertical Suits is a skydiving jumpsuits manufacturer located on the Pitt Meadows Airpark. We are a small business in full expansion and we strive to produce one the best product available on the market. We are very passionate about our work and are looking for a passionate and detail oriented individual to be part of our team.
We are seeking a fast learning and professional person with some experience within the têxtile industry to operate our Eastman Automatic Cutter.

**Ideally you will have**:

- 5-10 years Experience in cutting in the têxtile industry on a production line.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System on PC
- Ability to learn fast on a computer
- Effective written and spoken english communications skills
- Good attention to detail, including accurate data entry skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision and have initiative

**Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Communicate with Embroidery machine operators and Sewers, building strong team relationships
- Locate existing and Create new folders in Windows
- Re-organize markers when needed
- Operate our automatic cutter
- Troubleshoot problems and ensure regular maintenance of computer software and equipment.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
