**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage commercial and residential design and build projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment between vision and execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in commercial project management within the Vancouver area.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, design principles, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Interior design is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $57,079.58-$139,710.87 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
