**CNC Machinist - 5 Axis**

**MUST HAVE CNC Machining Experience**
- Koss Aerospace is currently hiring a CNC Machinist to join our team_

**Position Type**:Full-time Permanent

**Start date**:

- ASAP

**Specific Skills**:

- Read and interpret blue prints; operate and set-up machines to perform machining operations; verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers); perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.

**Other Skills-**Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., read text, document use, numeracy, communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, finding information, continuous learning.

**Working Conditions and Capabilities**:

- Machine shop, manual dexterity, attention to detail, eye-hand coordination

**Education**:

- Completion of High school, completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training; Machinist Trade Certification

**Experience**:

- 2 years or more experience ( **5 Axis required**)

**Benefits**:

**Hours of work**:

- Afternoon/Night shift, shifts are not rotational.

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
