The Medicine Unit at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre in Fort McMurray has a rare opportunity for an individual to provide guidance as a Unit Manger. **Required Qualifications**:
Completion of an accredited health related program and registration with the applicable governing body. Current CPR (BCLS-HCP). Minimum 3 years within the last five years of experience in specialty area of medical/acute care or emergency.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Master’s degree in a health-related discipline. Previous management or leadership experience. Change management training such as AIW (Alberta Improvement Way) or equivalent Quality Improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma) training. Minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience using Connect Care.
