**Responsibilities**:
- General reception duties such as answering the telephone
- Provide service to customers
- Prepare bank deposits and conduct bank runs
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Assist in managing customer service requests
- Assist in customer billing
- Other duties as assigned
- Organizational skills
- Excel skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- People skills
- Strong aptitude for software, technology and business processes
- Demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Company and established safety and privacy policies and requirements
**Requirements**:
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable driver abstract,
- Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written,
- Awareness of occupational health and safety and quality of work,
- Must pass the security police check

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Timmins, ON P4N 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
