We are looking for a positive-minded, energetic, and motivated individual to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor. The duties of this role include:

- Building and establishing rapport with customers in-person and over the phone
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival for appointments
- Document vehicle concerns with the customer prior to and confirm upon arrival
- Understanding and explaining service estimates to customers
- Explaining billing to customers
- Facilitating customer payments

Do you have great customer service and organizational skills? Then this position is for you Basic vehicle knowledge is preferred, though training will be provided.
