Drafting Technician

Penfor Construction offers “turn-key” General Contracting for the construction of multi-family commercial and agricultural facilities. Our team will design, estimate and oversee complete construction, ensuring that the project is completed on time and on budget.

We are currently looking for a full-time **Drafting Technician**proficient in Revit and AutoCAD to join our team. This position is based out of Blumenort, MB.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using Revit and AutoCAD
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation
- Maintain contact/coordination with sales teams
- Occasional visits to job sites
- Attend all relevant meetings of the design team

Your qualifications should include:

- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a drafter in the construction industry _or _completed CAD Technician certification
- Basic understanding and knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage and coordinate project resources and information in an organized manner
- Ability to work well with a team and individually
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of general building/blueprint knowledge is preferred

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
