**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely employee information and time sheet is forwarded to ADP Employer Services on a weekly basis.
- Distribute and respond to inquiries and distribute payroll-related documents and various reports to the accountant weekly.
- Participate in and focused on meeting the growing need for data and systems to support ever evolving business process.
- Deliver analytics and data projects from end-to-end.
- End-user computer equipment, support and troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and resolution
- You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, resolve computer-related issues for clients, recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions

**Qualifications**:

- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Implement security measures.
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Good organization, time management and prioritization
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in IT, customer service or other related fields.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
