Humboldt Co-op is hiring a Full - Time Grocery Manager for our Food Store in Lanigan, SK.

**Who we are**:
**What you'll do**:

- Lead the grocery team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
- Manage the Grocery department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the grocery team.
- Ensures that all products meet company quality standards.
- Perform team performance reviews.
- Manage inventory levels.
- Develop sales promotion programs to grow the grocery business.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies.
- Develop and administer action plans to achieve the desired results of the business plan.
- Provide leadership and direction in the development and achievement of operational and financial results including, sales, margins, expense, inventory and SPEH for your department.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years retail experience.
- Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience managing/supervising others.
- Possess leadership qualities and demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and solid computer skills required.
- Experience with coaching and delivering training.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do and you believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of other.
