**What you will do**:

- Prepare estimates for the custom manufacturing and installation of signage and sign solutions.
- Interact with Sales, Project Management, Production and Installation departments to ensure that product/installation estimations will meet customer requirements.
- Resolve conflicting information for purposes of accurate and timely preparation of quotes and job orders
- Prepare Job Orders for production using Epicor ERP software.
- Review artwork and structural/electrical drawings to ensure they are complete with all necessary details.
- Improve existing designs and create new designs through interaction with structural and graphic designers.
- Review actual labor and material breakdowns and develop standard estimation models and procedures.
- Pull costs from previous estimates whenever possible to speed up the quote process
- Other duties as required

**What we need**:

- Post secondary degree or diploma in engineering or engineering technology
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment
- Sound knowledge of estimating practices and manufacturing software
- Experience with manufacturing processes and machinery, aluminum/steel fabrication and quality systems
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proven innovative problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer literacy and/or working experience in AutoCAD. Corel Draw an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office, strength with MS Excel, ERP Systems
