Epoxy Floor Installer

- Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely_
- Ensures safe and responsible operation of all vehicles and equipment_
- Supervise and support other crew members_
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, pressure washers, drills, grinders, etc._
- Accurately maintain daily, written records for the purpose of tracking, reporting and documenting maintenance activities_
- Ensure all tools/equipment are operated competently, safely and maintained in a good operating condition_
- Ability to work 30-40+ hours per week (hours dependent on weather conditions)_
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical task_
- Comply with all company policies and regulations_
- Represents NIAGARA SEALING PROS in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner in all dealings with the customer and community_
- Power wash / clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc._
- Make repairs to damaged concrete_
- Seal / stain different concrete surfaces and asphalt driveways_
- Repair interlock areas by levelling pavers and replacing polymeric sand_
- Performs other duties as assigned_

**Work Conditions and Qualifications**:

- **-**_ _High School Diploma, GED or equivalent_
- **-**_ _MUST HAVE valid G Ontario Driver's licence & clean driver’s record_
- **-**_ _Ability to lift 75 lbs_
- **-**_ _Able to work unsupervised_
- **-**_ _Be punctual and on time for work_
- **-**_ _Must be able to work in all weather conditions as required_
- **-**_ _Minimum 2 year concrete repair / coatings or equivalent preferred_
- **-**_ _Leadership qualities and experience in managing people_
- **-**_ _MUST HAVE OWN transportation to commute from home to shop in Niagara Falls_
- **-**_ _Must have Safety steel toed boots and cell phone_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Concrete Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G Driving Licence (preferred)
