**Sturgeon Public Schools **is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and effective** Vice Principal **for Sturgeon Heights School**.**

Sturgeon Heights School is located within the city of St. Albert boundary and is a Kindergarten to Grade 9 school with approximately 450 students. Sturgeon Heights School encourages students to be critical thinkers, engaged in their own learning environment, and creative with their problem solving.

**FTE**:1.0 Full Time Term Vice Principal; August 24, 2023 to June 28, 2024

**Educational & Professional Requirements**:

- Valid Alberta Teacher Certificate or eligibility for same is essential
- Advanced digital literacy skills are essential
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
- Graduate coursework or degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of successful classroom experience is essential
