Lower Mainland, Canada Stasuk Testing & Inspection Full time

Stasuk Facility Services is a privately contracted company in which you will have the ability to work independently at multiple transfer station locations to help educate the public on how best to recycle and protect our landfills. You will work as a facility inspector to help keep any unwanted materials that can be recycled from entering the landfill and harming the environment.

This is a full time job, with flexible hours and incentives to compensate the tough market.
- Observing and recording banned materials
- Investigation of goods and materials
- Providing positive public interactions through education and awareness
- Assisting customers with education on recycling
- Educating public on new banned materials
- Protecting the environment
- Social awareness and responsibility between people and the work environment
- Using investigative reasoning and observation
- Prior experience is preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work in all weather conditions
- Able to work in high traffic environments safely
- Able to be professional, responsible and reliable
- Above ankle safety boots
- Valid B.C. Driver’s License

Pay: From $22.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
