We are currently looking for a Content Creator to join our team. Reporting to the Content Director, you will find interesting local stories and share them on Country 104, CJYM, CFYM, and West Central Online.
**The Role**
- Gathering local stories: You will look for important events and interview reputable sources.
- Crafting content: You will write stories for presentation on both traditional broadcast and new media platforms.
- Engaging the audience: You will deliver entertaining, relevant radio shows and newscasts. You will also interact with the public on location at station events.
- You are curious. You ask questions and get excited about sharing what you learn with others.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a team player. You enjoy meeting new people, creating relationships wherever you go.
- You are deeply engaged in the community.
- Photography, video, live performance, and/or writing experience are considered an asset.

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kindersley, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Broadcasting: 1 year (preferred)
- Journalism: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Drivers License (required)
