**EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**
**Position**:Receptionist - Administrative Assistant I - Red Eagle Lodge

**Typical Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Administration**_
- Preparation of correspondence, including proofreading.
- Review and sort incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist with coordination of project activities.
- Transcription of taped recordings, handwritten or typed documentation.
- Keep lists, database, calendars, mailing labels, etc. updated.
- **Communication**_
- Keep updated on developments within projects.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with others.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships internally and externally.
- **Meetings**_
- Book meeting rooms and audio-visual equipment.
- **General Phone Inquires**_
- Answering calls/message taking.
- Respond/refer requests for basic information.
- **Other**_
- Other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**_
- Secretarial Diploma or Certificate.
- **Experience**_
- Minimum of one (1) year within an office environment.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams and Internet.
- Ability to maintain good working relationship with others.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships internally and externally.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge and understanding of First Nations customs, culture and history.
