Cabinet Maker

**NOVA WOOD PRODUCTS LIMITED**, the region’s leading manufacturer of ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK and CABINETRY, requires a Finish Carpenter to join our team. If you are interested in working on interesting Millwork projects that challenge you, then this may be the position for you. This position is based out of our manufacturing facility in Lunenburg, NS.

**What you'll do**:

- Read and build products according to architectural drawings.
- Assemble and finish cabinet and millwork components according to drawing specifications.
- Dedication to quality craftsmanship.
- Operate and use a variety of hand tools and equipment.

**What you need**:

- Grade 12 or GED
- experience in cabinet production/ custom woodworking
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- CSA Safety Approved footwear
- General woodworking/ cabinet making tools

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
