General Facilities Maintenance

**Main functions**:
A General Facilities maintenance is someone who perform tasks related to General facilities Maintenance of the building, ( Painting equipment, fixing minor plumbing issues, assisting in large line PM’s ect ) Performs regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production activities.

**Reports to**: Maintenance Manager

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks related to General Maintenance of the building, ( Painting equipment, fixing minor plumbing issues, cleaning, assisting in large line PM’s ect )
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as required
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, hydraulic, troubleshooting and basic repair
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

**Employment and Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma/GED
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Work as part of a Cross functional team and independently with excellent personal time management skills, creating a collaborative project environment is essential.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and Problem-solving capabilities. Flexible during times of change.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Maintain Housekeeping and initiatives while working, ensuring your work areas are clean and organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
