**Job Type**: Full-time, Hourly (25 - 37.5 hours per week), Temporary (3-Month Contract)

**Schedule**: Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings

**Salary**:$17.46 to $18.77 per hour

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Operating the power forklift and balers
- Receiving incoming product from other Goodwill locations.
- Moving product to specified locations for either storage or recycling processing.
- Loading donated goods into the recycling baler to ensure quality production of baled goods.
- Maintaining recycling baler and power-jack or other machinery related to the donation process.
- Providing internal and external customers with world-class customer service.

**What you bring to the table**:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous work experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.
- Minimum age of 18 or older.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Forklift ticket is an asset.
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- The ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- The ability to regularly lift excess of 10 kilograms (22 pounds) and perform physical work on a continual basis.
- You deliver amazing customer service by going above and beyond for all Goodwill customers.
- You demonstrate teamwork and engage fellow Team Members in contributing to Goodwill’s mission & core purpose.
- You have an open and honest attitude while making moral decisions.
- You recognize the great efforts of fellow Team Members through genuine recognition activities.
- You contribute to a welcoming & accepting work environment by showing respect at all times.
- You hold yourself and fellow Team Members accountable in their roles and for their contributions to Goodwill’s mission & core purpose.
