As a Transborder Coordinator you will be provide and coordinate freight forwarding support for our clients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide quotes and information to customers
- Book pickups and deliveries of shipments
- Provide paperwork to customs brokers for customs clearances
- Calculate revenue and costs on shipment files

**Professional & Educational Background**
- 3+ years in a similar Transborder role
- Knowledge of Forward Air type systems
- Working knowledge of Loadlink
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is considered an asset

- **Communication**: Has good listening skills and communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats including proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- **Organization**: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- **Multi-tasking**: Must have strong multi-tasking abilities, be proactive and adaptable based on the needs of our clients.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong ability to ‘think outside the box’ when dealing with complex requirements for clients.

**Salary**: $17.33-$42.91 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 4N9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
