**About the job**:

- You will work for our Managed Services Department validating our financial allocations, checking how we are billing our clients, assuring that all the revenues and costs are properly accounted for, and raising any point of attention to the Senior Leadership about financial opportunities.
- You are a strong self-motivated individual who can work independently with the ability to prioritize tasks and is proficient in worksheets. You have a knack for financial analysis, while being capable of working with a ton of data.
- Outstanding communications, superb number crunch capacity, and an eye for detail are essential for this job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs financial analysis in support of our operations, and business outcomes.
- Work with our Accounting and Product Department, on a regular basis, so the proper billing of products and services are done, avoiding any revenue loss.
- Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Performs reconciliation of payments vs. accruals placed recurrently, as well check how we are allocating our revenue, per client, product or service.
- Verify if the resources are correctly registering their time allocation or cost.
- Provides and documents financial period analysis for financial information packages e.g. monthly run-rate, quarterly, etc.
- Develop financial models, budget and forecast.
- Develop financial models and providing financial forecasts for our Operations

**Required Education & Credentials**:

- Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or related area
- Excel, Power BI, BO, or any Analytics Certifications would be a great asset.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3-5 years of work experience performing similar tasks/responsibilities
- Work for an MSP or SaaS would be a great asset.
- Capacity of working with great volume of data and find the needle in the haystack.
- Hands on experience with VBA/Macros or similar.
