Experienced Aerial Lineman Technician

WaveStar Networks is currently looking for an experienced Telecommunications Aerial Lineman. You will be responsible for constructing new or additive aerial fibre (FTTH) builds for various leading telecommunications companies throughout Ontario. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform outside plant aerial line construction of FTTH fibre distribution networks by using cable lashing machines, bucket trucks, ladders and other climbing and lineman equipment
- Perform testing and troubleshooting when required.
- Work directly with project coordinators to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Organize and plan activities as detailed on work orders and meet schedules.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 Years lineman experience in a telecommunications environment
- 1-3 Years operating bucket truck and using climbing equipment.
- Experienced in building aerial infrastructure.
- Experienced at using aerial lashing equipment.
- Previous fibre splicing experience is considered an ASSET.

Hold valid DZ Driver’s License and Clean Drivers Abstract
