Hours of Work: 8am - 4:30pm (These hours will vary depending on seasonal volumes)

Wage Range: $13.50 - $18/hr. Starting pay will commensurate with experience.

**What Will You Do?**

This position whose primary responsibilities include seasonal projects and tasks related to the production of products for T&T Seeds. This role reports directly to the Greenhouse Manager and the Operations Manager.

In the winter / spring season, you will assist in greenhouse production with responsibilities ranging from transplanting to developing your product knowledge. In the summer you will do landscaping, and finally by the fall and early winter months you will assist in seed and sundry production. You can expect to interact with customers throughout the spring and summer seasons.

**Skills and competencies**:

- Computer literacy is an asset, but not required;
- Fluency in English (reading and writing) and ability to follow detailed instructions;
- Ability to record data and keep track of assigned tasks;
- Ability to do manual work in all weather conditions;
- Ability to stand all day, ability to lift 20 kg;
- Bobcat experience is an asset;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications and Experience**: Formal education is an asset but not required. Desired fields include, but are not limited to, environmental systems, agriculture, horticulture, etc.

**Location**: T&T Seeds is located at 7724 Roblin Blvd, Headingley, MB. Successful applicants must have access to transportation as it is not accessible by city transit.
