Dispatch Logistician-调度物流师

Toronto Fresh Food Located in Scarborough, we are a company that specializes in Asian Style HMR (Home Meal Replacement) for busy professionals while also putting an emphasis on health and nutrition. We diligently serve market store and warehouse store chains with our cold-chain DSD services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Day-to-day communication, via phone and handheld, with an assigned fleet of drivers to ensure proper load instructions are passed along and carried out

2. Manage service concerns, as required, to limit exposure and minimize the impact on the customer

3. Plan drivers throughout the city to complete deliveries and pick-ups

4. Assist other Dispatch staff as required during spikes in workload

5. Ensure drivers are planned and dispatched with productivity in mind to meet goals

6. Provide Drivers with the right information and equipment to make the entire customer experience positive from start to finish

**Qualifications**:
1. Speaking Mandarin is an asset

2. 5 years of experience in Dispatch role is required

3. Solid interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills

4. Ability to work with mínimal supervision under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced environment

5. Knowledge of computerized dispatch systems

Shift: Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- dispatching: 5 years (preferred)
