**The primary function of this position is**: receiving product/materials, for our internal and external customers as well as warehouse cleanliness.

**The primary goal of this position is to**: drive customer satisfaction by ensuring all tasks are handled in a safe, accurate, efficient and courteous manner, within allocated timelines and to performance metric expectations.

**Responsibilities: Duties & Tasks**
- **Primary**_

**Receiver**:

- Unload trucks and verify accurate piece counts.
- Print receiving documents.
- Sort packages, confirm/check-off merchandise and confirm PO information.
- Identify damages, short ship, over ship issues and resolve.
- Prepare documentation for data base entry.
- Store/stock product and remove related trash.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned bins.
- Operate forklifts and other electric/power equipment.
- Adhere to all policies/procedures as outlined in the Quality System Manual and Employee Handbook.
- Complete all applicable Quality Records and associated duties.
- Complete applicable safety training as required, and maintain a current understanding/compliance of organizational OHS policies and guidelines.

- **Picker/Packer/Shipper/Receiver**:

- Provide relief/support to all areas/departments as assigned.
- Train new employees as required.
- Complete on-going personal self-development/training as required.
- Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned.
- Maintain work area(s) (safe/clean/well-organized).
- Provide overtime support as appropriate.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned bins.
- Operate forklifts and other electric/power equipment.
- Adhere to all policies/procedures as outlined in the Quality System Manual and Employee Handbook.
- Complete all applicable Quality Records and associated duties.
- Complete applicable safety training as required, and maintain a current understanding/compliance of organizational OHS policies and guidelines.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Ability to fulfill all physical aspects of job-related tasks (heavy lifting - 50+ lbs, long periods standing/walking/ladder climbing, etc.).
- Safety Footwear required
- Perform overtime as needed
- Grade: 12
- Bondable
- Speaks English

Monday to Friday 7:00am-2:30pm with half an hour lunch.

- Warehouse Management System

**Mandatory Training (provided)**:
