Draftsperson

Living Stone is looking to add Drafter to support to our Commercial Projects team.:
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Help provide accurate and thorough drawings for proposals, pricing, construction, and record purposes
- Work effectively with Production / Installation team to develop drawings that provide high quality solutions that save time or cost on the project
- Ensure an electronic copy of the latest revision of all drawings are on file and readily accessible
- Performs other duties as directed, such as measurement of buildings or production of drawing records
- Complete daily quality control checklists for all outgoing projects to ensure all details are accurate before the job leaves the warehouse
- Updating & review sales quotes for accuracy and completeness
- Verify, add and confirm details
- Verify information on templates with quoted sales orders
- Verify changes and notify departments accordingly

Qualifications:

- Ability to produce construction details from concept drawings
- Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
- Understanding of commercial and residential buildings and materials
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on deadlines
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Must be able to balance a busy schedule
- Excellent communication skills
- Fully qualified in AutoCAD
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
